When you order bulk promotional products or custom branded merchandise, we understand how important quantity accuracy is — and we do everything we can to deliver exactly what you’ve requested.
For decorated items (such as printed, embroidered, or engraved products), there may occasionally be a small variation of up to 2% over or under as part of the standard order fulfilment process.
Here’s how we handle it:
- ✅ If we produce a few extras — you won’t be charged for the overrun.
- ✅ If your order arrives slightly short by more than 2%, we’ll automatically issue a credit to your account for the missing items.
This small allowance helps us ensure smooth production and quality control, especially across high-volume orders.
