The task at hand:
You’ll be handling a wide range of factory and production role including printing, pick and packing, and dispatch, for “small” to “large” projects such printed t-shirts and custom branded products for a wide range of of clients including non-profits, large corporates, government agencies, small businesses and more, training will be provided
Work well with internal and external parties to deliver production outcomes and goals
You will ensure facility is clean and organised while enhancing production ways with your enthusiasm to add value to each project
You will have genuine care about putting the client and brands’ image first
We live and breathe branding (and love nothing more than learning about something new) so we expect all of our team to have a thirst to learn more about the industry
The Ideal Candidate has:
1-3 years experience as a factory hand, ideally in a similar capacity
Driver’s licence and forklift licence, preferred
Well presented and computer literate with excellent English verbal and written skills
The ability to take constructive feedback and direction
Energetic and fit yet professionally engaging that will blend well with the existing PromosXchange team (we are drawn to enthusiastic people with a dash of good humour)
The ability to communicate well with different project teams to keep everyone informed and to succeed
The knowledge and curiosity about all things branding and production
The ability to see negatives as opportunities and quickly come up with solutions
