What happens after I place my custom merchandise order?

Each promotional product order is reviewed by the PromosXchange production team to make sure your design is perfect for imprint on the right product. We’ll review your design and fix any design problems including colour contrast, design alignment, font size and more. For every order, large or small, you’ll get an email with a picture proof. You will then let us know of any corrections required (if any). After your approval, we’ll then process your order. Your products are imprinted then checked and counted by our QA production team.
