We make it easy for you to get a quote for your promotional product order –
1. Click on the Get in Touch found on our website and choose the file to upload along with specific notes and imprint instructions as per your decoration preferences.
2. Add the products you’re interested in from our store and choose the file to upload along with specific notes and imprint instructions as per your decoration preferences before submitting your enquiry.
3. Email your client service rep or hello@promosxchange.com.au with detailed imprint instructions and indicating the estimate/invoice number (if any) in the subject line of the E-mail.
4. Email hello@promosxchange.com.au with your full details. A client service representative will then be in touch with you usually within 2 business hours (or 30mins for Black VIP clients). Alternatively you can call us Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm AEST and we’ll be happy to assist you.
