How do I know if my order delivery will be on schedule?

At PromosXchange, your estimated delivery date is of utmost importance to us. We would only take on your job if we’re able to meet your stated delivery deadline upon placing your order.

Here are a few important things you can do to ensure your order is on schedule:

Please provide us with alternate contact details eg. landline, mobile, office etc.

It massively helps your branding project  if you’re organised and agree within your team on the final decision – maker and direction whilst ensuring your final decision- maker is directly in touch with our client representative.

Please respond promptly to all calls and emails from us. Our in-house graphic design team will carefully review your design for art issues or typos. Before we get started with your order, we will contact you.

Our greatest pleasure is getting “Wow” feedback from clients who receive their order. We want your order to be perfect for your team or event so if you need a few extras or would like an adjustment to your design after you place your order, give us a call as soon as possible at 1800 776 667 and we will work with you to get it right. Depending on the timing of your requested change, we can possibly make the changes though at times this may change the schedule and add costs to your original order.

Once the order is placed, you will be emailed order status updates.
