At PromosXchange, we’re fortunate to have a portfolio of thousands of brands including Big Corporate Brands. All of our team members know the importance of incorporating creativity in all tasks. As a Senior Designer, you will collaborate with our team to create outstanding graphic design for our clients’ online and offline marketing.

Who are you?
You love corporate branding and marketing and conscientiously keep abreast with such trends. You are naturally collaborative and connect with people easily. You have a heart of gold and are authentic never taking anyone or anything for granted. You thrive in a fast -paced environment and love anticipating the needs of others.

The task at hand:
You’ll create a range of engaging creative work from “online” to “offline”, from “small” to “large” projects for a wide spectrum of corporate clients including PromosXchange and partners’ projects
Work cohesively with internal and external parties to deliver campaign outcomes and goals
You will demonstrate industry mastery by adhering to best practices
You will have genuine care about branding concepts, design and development
We live and breathe branding (and love nothing more than learning about something new) so we expect all of our Designers to have an innate curiosity

The Ideal Candidate has:
A Bachelor’s degree (preferably from Design school) and 2-4 years of branding / promotional agency experience working on branding concepts, merchandising and design strategies + campaigns
An X factor personality that is engaging yet professional that will blend well with the existing PromosXchange team (we are drawn to smart people with a dash of good humour)
The ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to enable all participants to feel equally invested in strategies and executions and keep everyone in the know and in a position to succeed
An insatiable curiosity and knowledge about all things branding and marketing
Great skills using Mac with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with excellent typography skills
The ability to create design work that is consistent with our clients’ branding
The uncanny ability to see challenges as opportunities and quickly come up with solutions
