We’re looking for a Freelance Photographer. At PromosXchange, we’re fortunate to have a portfolio of thousands of brands including Big Corporate Brands. All of our team members know the importance of incorporating creativity in all tasks. As a Freelance Photographer, you will collaborate with our team to create outstanding materials to be used for online and offline marketing.

You have a passion for visual storytelling of brands and conscientiously keep abreast with such trends. You are naturally collaborative and connect with people easily. You have a heart of gold and are authentic never taking anyone or anything for granted. You thrive in a fast -paced environment and love anticipating the needs of others.

The task at hand:
You’ll create a range of engaging copywriting work from “online” to “offline”, from “small” to “large” projects for a wide spectrum of corporate clients including PromosXchange and partners’ projects
Organize and help direct content photo shoots with our in house team
Work cohesively with internal and external parties to deliver campaign outcomes and goals
You will demonstrate industry mastery by adhering to best practices
You will genuine care about putting the team and brands’ image first rather than getting accolades for the work
We live and breathe branding (and love nothing more than learning about something new) so we expect all of our Copywriters to have an innate curiosity

The Ideal Candidate has:
A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from Photography school and 1-3 years of experience in corporate photography
Experienced with Canon series DSLRs, Profoto lighting, Capture One, Video Lighting and setting up and breaking down lighting, camera and set pieces
Digital file handling post shoot; processing files, reviewing and archiving
Experience working with designers, marketers, and team focused creative process
Strong styling skills
The ability to take constructive feedback and direction
Excellent ability to be able to switch “brand voices” and present ideas
An X factor personality that is engaging yet professional that will blend well with the existing PromosXchange team (we are drawn to smart people with a dash of good humour)
The ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to enable all participants to feel equally invested in strategies and executions and keep everyone in the know and in a position to succeed
An insatiable curiosity and knowledge about all things branding and marketing
Great skills using Mac with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with excellent typography skills
The ability to create work that is consistent with a project’s context
The uncanny ability to see challenges as opportunities and quickly come up with solutions
