PromosXchange is on the look out for Senior Account Executive candidates with a high level of attention to detail to develop marketing strategies for our clients’ brands. We’re not your typical branding agency so our Account Executives description may not look like your typical Account Executive at other promotional or branding companies.

The task at hand:
We’ll look to you to develop and execute brand campaigns that integrate seamlessly with the client’s broader marketing strategy, which will require knowledge of the client’s industry and/or marketing in general
Be prepared to manage day-to-day communications between the client and our team (and a whole host of other people in between.)
You will be a relentless problem solver and will constantly be assessing and resolving both simple and complex branding challenges for both clients and our team
You will work with (and at times, manage) other internal resources in order to execute against clients’ branding strategies, campaigns, and goals
We expect all of our team members to contribute to the creation and contextualization of programme metrics and data
Add value to advertising support and lead execution of brand campaign based upon client goals and objectives
We live and breathe the space (and love nothing more than learning about something new) so we expect all of our Account Executives to have an innate curiosity
Often you will have to take complex issues or technologies and reframe them for internal and external audiences in a swift and concise fashion
The Ideal Candidate has:
A Bachelor’s degree from a related field (i.e. Marketing, Business, Communications, Design) and 2-4 years of branding / promotional agency experience working on branding concepts, merchandising and design strategies + campaigns, including some client-facing experience
An X factor personality that is engaging yet professional that will blend well with the existing PromosXchange family (we love smart people with a dash of good humour)
The ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to enable all participants to feel equally invested in strategies and executions and keep everyone in the know and in a position to succeed
An insatiable curiosity and knowledge about all things branding and marketing
Familiar with using Mac with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
The ability to write concisely and quickly with a strong voice that is consistent with our branding, without grammattical errors
An interest and comfort level in standing in front of a client or a room full of peers or guests and giving a presentation or sharing their opinion
The uncanny ability to see challenges as opportunities and quickly come up with solutions
