When you’re looking around the Internet, Yellow pages, etc and you’re searching for embroidery or screen printing, it’s not that difficult to find many different companies that offer those services. I mean the market is saturated with them, right? Right. What are you actually looking for? How does, let’s say 5,000 embroidery stitches look? Is there a quality guarantee? Can I get multiple colours printed? Which would be more cost-effective- screen printing or embroidery? What’s the set up fee, what’s the delivery fee? Will someone answer my questions promptly or at all?? A lot of questions, not many answers from a lot of companies. When you, as in you, the business person, are dealing with customers face to face, I’m sure you would like for them to feel like they are comfortable with you and know where they stand, know what they’re getting and know you’re being as transparent as you can. So you should expect the same from someone even when you’re looking for promotional products on the Internet. If someone is browsing through PromosXchange and is looking for screen printing/clothing or any other promotional product, then we’d like them to know exactly what they’re paying for and what they’re getting. So when you read things like 5,000 stitches on some promotional companies’ websites, is that being transparent? Is it being transparent when many companies do not even include GST…. It’s a stale marketing ploy which makes you feel like you are paying less, then all of a sudden, SMACK, have another 10% for your trouble. You also need to ask, is it a business that I can trust with my brand? Am I paying for quality clothing, embroidery, screen printing and prompt service or am I paying over the roof prices for under the floor quality and slipshot service? I’ll leave that thought with you.
