Artwork Specs
Here at PromosXchange, we take pride in branding your logo onto promotional products and printed stationery so we only want to give you the best print outcome. In order to do this, we have to have the correct form of electronic art.
Print on Promotional Products
Our preferred format for all graphics files are either vector EPS or Adobe Illustrator AI files. Text must be converted to outlines. Placed images need to be either embedded or supplied as separate files. If artwork is not supplied in the correct format, most promotional companies charge you anywhere between $60 to $100 to reillustrate your artwork for print.
PromosXchange gives you FREE Basic Artwork Enhancement meaning you don’t have to pay to reillustrate your basic artwork for print on promotional products. Even if you don’t have artwork but require text only for print on promotional products, we’ll do it for free too. However, if your artwork redraw is not under our category of basic artwork, you will be provided a quote as to how much it will cost to redraw your artwork before we proceed with the job.
Print on Stationery
If you’re submitting artwork for print on stationery ie. business cards, fridge magnets, flyers, brochures etc, please ensure the following:
- PDF or EPS format
- 3mm bleed on all EXCEPT 5mm bleed for fridge magnets
- Fonts converted to outlines or flattened
- At least 300dpi images
- 100% to size
- CMYK colours
If artwork is not according to the specifications required, we will have to charge a fee to reillustrate your artwork for print on stationery. However, we will always give you a quote before we proceed.
Sending Artwork
If your artwork is less than 5MB, please email it to your client manager. If it’s over 5MB, please supply artwork from our Submit Artwork Page.
